Preparation: 1 to 3 business days. Each shirt is made up and checked before it leaves.

Delivery: 7 to 21 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

If it does not arrive. Tell us and we will check the carrier ourselves. If a parcel is genuinely lost we replace it or refund you in full — we do not leave you chasing the courier.
